Confidentiality:
All services are confidential. No information will be shared with others without your knowledge and written consent. Any limits on confidentiality or exceptions to confidentiality will be explained before services are offered.
Appointments:
All services are by appointment only. Our office manager can tell you about available appointment times for specific clinicians.
Emergencies:
Our telephones are answered around the clock every day of the week. When you call about an emergency, the clinician of your choice or another member of the clinical staff will return your call as soon as possible. You should call 911 when there is an immediate threat to life or safety.
