Fees
Colony Behavioral Health Group, PLLC is a private practice organization supported by client fees. Our fees are consistent with those of other behavioral health professionals in eastern North Carolina. Fees are based on the amount of time spent with you or on your behalf. We require that your copay, as determined by your individual insurance plan, is paid at the time of each visit. Insurance claims are filed as a courtesy to you.
For some types of services, such as court-related assessments, you must make specific payment arrangements with the treating clinician.

Health Insurance
The amount of health insurance coverage varies with different plans. You are encouraged to check your insurance coverage before your first visit. Managed care plans may require services to be preauthorized. Regardless of expected insurance coverage, you are ultimately responsible for payment for any services rendered to you or on your behalf.
