All services are confidential. No information will be shared with others without your knowledge and written consent. Any limits on confidentiality or exceptions to confidentiality will be explained before services are offered.
Appointments:
All services are by appointment only. Our administrative assistant can tell you about available appointment times for specific clinicians, and the appropriateness given your specific needs.
Emergencies:
During office hours calls will be returned as soon as possible. After hours you should call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room when there is an immediate threat to life or safety.
